Design Concept for a single-family detached house with a pool on a plot of 1,021m2 and a construction of 323m2 in Rosario, Marbella, Málaga by González & Jacobson Architecture.
Taking into account the regulations of the land, a villa with a very special character was designed, where the spaces are successfully integrated, enjoying a large amount of light.
The different materials used and spaces designed show the intention of building a modern villa with a passion for noble materials such as stone and wood to create a refined, yet warm and welcoming, natural and relaxed environment, always incorporating the details that mark the difference.
The geometric game between the roofs, horizontal and vertical lines clearly outlines the idea of the design concept for this Villa on the Costa del Sol, Spain.
