The project to be presented for this plot is a detached single-family house on three levels, with a large terrace, a swimming pool, plus land for gardens and parking.

The project proposes different layouts for the homes, divided into several floors, all with private swimming pool and parking. Their sizes (living area)will range from 175m2.

the present project displays a topography with a regular east-west slope direction (18metros) of around 62%. Following the characteristics of the land, the house is located within the plot so that its views.

The existing building dates from 1972 and is in a good state of conservation. However, a complete redesign of the whole house is proposed and will be adapted to avant-garde technologies, novelty finishes and resources.

Modern contemporary design, with clean and vibrant lines in the execution. Large glass windows are raised in one of the facades letting in the light, bathing the rooms with a beautiful play of colours.
