We continue with the presentation of the latest advances of our work in Nigeria, in the city of Abuja.
Today it is the turn of a small shopping center to serve the residential development in which it is located, which has 184 semi-detached single-family homes, 10 free-standing and 3 multi-family buildings. Its design follows the same guidelines as the houses, with a very simple construction covered with metal trusses, and a program that brings together several service, administration and control modules, as well as premises themselves, which can be joined according to need. And all this with a central surface parking area and landscaped areas.
In total, 585 m2 built developed in a single height, designed as a local business for residents of the area.
