In the first stage of a construction project, the design stage, we start with the development of ideas together with the client. We share proposals, exchange points of view, propose and advise the client on the suitability and practicality of their ideas regarding their project.
Once this step has been established, González & Jacobson Arquitectura gets down to work, capturing their first creations on paper and other work tools. The first design concept comes to light, however, the ideas do not come out the first time, they take many corrections until the final concept is obtained.
Changes and corrections within a design concept can be of different kinds. The more information, details and nature of the work are obtained from the beginning, the easier and more feasible it will be to get it right the first time.
