The presentation of the Show Flat of Los Miradores del Sol, the residential complex promoted by the TM real estate group in Estepona, next to the Saladillo beach, has recently taken place.
As we already told you in autumn, when we showed you the project and start of the works, it is about a set of 49 homes distributed in four low-rise blocks, arranged in a “U” shape around a large central space with more than 1,600 m2 of gardens and swimming pools that opens to the south.
Group TM also offers the possibility of acquiring the property with all the furniture and equipment necessary to move in, as well as customizing it by choosing from a range of optional materials.
Completion is scheduled for autumn 2018.
