VILLA OTTENS

The land on which we operate has a surface of 3,600 M².

The total constructed area is 900 M² above ground and 100 underground.

Just a glance to perceive beauty, a discreet beauty, anonymous and quiet. A place where the environment reflects a way of life.

Villa Otten sits solid in the foundation of common sense. Its design developed a unique level topped by another dormer-windowed in large attic rooms, airy, translucent with large windows that connect to the outside with continuity. Decorative moldings, friezes, capitals and attractive interior wood framework, gives an air of distinction and luxury.

ARCHITECTS VISION IN ANDALUSIA

The Villa Ottens is a detached house with garden and private pool in the area of Nueva Andalusia, Marbella. It is a project on a plot of over 3500 square meters and has a build area of 900 square meters. Surrounded by greenery it is shown as an oasis in the desert, with an elegant curved pool. The land is not very uneven and housing is developed on one level.

The architects have paid special attention to the areas of transition between the interior and exterior of the house, solving them with spacious porches that cast shadow creating a pleasant place to watch the superb scenery. The characteristic inclined ceramic tile gable roof f endows housing certain poise, presence and gives the feeling of solidity.

The architects have designed the piece as a sober, calm and serene architecture. Each element has its reason to be there and everything responds to logic.

The ceramic and wood are the protagonists materials in the project. We see them on the flooring, in the low walls and even at outside light points. The wood is present on pergolas, beams and furniture.

This group of architects in Andalusia, Spain has worked in several countries including Brazil, Mexico, Angola and Morocco. They have had a special sensitivity to all the undertaken projects, adapting to the different environments and cultures in which they have worked. They always maintain their identity.
