The land on which we operate has an area of 1,200 M².

Villa Karman is a project of a detached house with garden area and private pool. The property is situated on a plot in Urbanization Cumbres verdes de Elviria, in Marbella, Province of Malaga. On the plot of 1200 square meters a building of 260 square meters is developed. It is a very good relationship because of free space left on the plot intended for garden and pool.
From the street we see a stunning house hidden behind high walls of irregular stone blocks. These walls are responsible for preserving the privacy of the people and protect them from prying eyes. Thus, the level of privacy of the garden area is very high convey the feeling of being in an oasis in the middle of the city.
The vegetation is abundant and with many different species. Tall and slender palm trees, dense big shrubs and some fruit trees. The design of the green area is a project within the same project. The housing development cannot be understood without vegetation. They are two inseparable parts within the same idea.
