OASIS DE BANUS EN MARBELLA

The land on which we work has a surface of 11,500 M².

The constructed area is 8,000 M² above ground and 3,200 M² in the basement for parking and storage.

The project consists of 3 blocks with a total of 21 apartments and a pool area in the central area.

The buildings plot is on the first line beach in one of the most exclusive areas of Marbella (Golden Mile).

The prestige of a symbol as Banús, determinates the architecture, reflection not only for the luxury but also for the excellence of the project. Oasis de Banus is quality in materials and equipment's also recognized for is great architectural work.

Nothing is left to chance, the design is spread out over an interesting combination of volumes and voids, where wide balconies overlook the sea without sacrificing privacy. The brightness is tempered by the large covered terraces, which favor to attenuate climate mitigation.

THE ARCHITECTS VISION IN PUERTO BANUS:

Oasis de Banus is a project of collective residential architecture in one of the most exclusive areas of Puerto Banus, Marbella, la Milla de Oro (Golden Mile). It is composed of 3 blocks with a total of 21 apartments, in addition to gardens and pool areas. It is located on first line beach and enjoys wonderful views from its location and orientation.

Architects strategy in designing the blocks has been to stagger the plants as trays, recession one against the other as gaining height. In this way the building opens to the sea, improving their sunning condition and maintains the privacy of homes.

The buildings are shown mild, light, gently perched on the ground and inserted between the vegetation which is a wonderful part of the garden that surrounds the pool area , located between the sea and blocks.

It is a traditional architecture which in turn is filled with contemporary details with pure volumes, large prisms that cast strong shadow planes filling with deepness the facades. Glass, wood and steel dominate the set of materials. The wood is very present in the building of roofing and in the many pergolas that can be found throughout the residential complex.

Oasis de Banus is definitely a project oriented towards the maximum enjoyment of climatic conditions, open to its surroundings. A sum of traditional and contemporary architecture with the unmistakable stamp of this study/ firm of architecture in Puerto Banus.
