The land on which we act presents an area of 23,799 M².

The constructed area is 17,000 M² above ground and 5,200 M² in the basement for parking and storage.

The projected overall includes 5 buildings with a total of 21 apartments and a central pool area.

The buildings are located on first beach line in one of the most exclusive areas of Marbella (Golden Mile) and close to Puerto Banus. Laguna de Banus recreates a metaphor that recreates leisure, with profiles that recall the Oriental beauty, but keeps all the parameters of quality of contemporary architecture.

The subtlety of aesthetic expression lines transforms the exotic to become in elegance, a complex of beautiful composition, resounding in the forms and serene in his presence. The concept of exoticism is linked to the perception of primitive places, steeped in unaltered nature, paradisiacal. Its adaptation into tourist areas, as new places of worship, arises from its appearance, allegories modeled by time.

SYNOPSIS PROJECT BY THE ARCHITECTS IN MARBELLA:

Laguna de Banus is a complex of collective single-family housing blocks with modern lines and bold shapes. A residential complex with large dimensions, pool area and diversity of common outdoor spaces. This urbanization in Marbella, Malaga, has several bloc of maximum 5 floors. In proportion to its plan extension, it could be said to have a horizontal nature, which is further accentuated with the effect that causes the light rails on balconies and terraces.

The blocks are finished with an inclined hipped roof covered with a dark tone ceramic tile that contrasts with the clear finish of elevations. We notice that the vegetation is a very important element in the projects that this study undertake. The plot has a variety of vegetation that is dispose depending on the sizes and shapes of plants and trees. Hanging plants from balconies and walls, low vegetation marking paths and small roads in common areas and tall trees to point out large open spaces such as the pool area, make Laguna de Banus a wonderful place to live and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Wood is one of the other material the most present in this complex.
