The land on which we operate has an area of 28,880 M².
The constructed area is 17,340 M² above ground and 6,900 M² in basements for parking and storage.
The project has a total of 94 Townhouses and 45 apartments spread over 5 blocks. The development is complemented with 4 pool areas and centrally located.
In the creation of residential areas, must be combined the beauty of the environment and the aesthetics of the buildings including all the functional elements necessary for an optimal service.
Estrella del Mar is a charming complex that shares beauty with the coast of Almeria which appeals because its entrances, common areas, layouts and construction quality, in addition to the interesting combination of flat covers and hip roofs, the fusion of traditional styles and outrageous volume games make a prove of it.
SYNOPSIS PROJECT BY THE ARCHITECTS IN MARBELLA:
This development is a project located in Marbella In which the work at urban scale is essential. The distribution of the 94 single family homes and the 5 blocks of collective homes in the plot, indicates the development of the rest of the work.
Homes are located on the perimeter of the plot, leaving in the central part open spaces for the common areas . In this way architects have created a green dorsal spine of landscaped areas with a pool that goes across all length of the complex maintaining a great privacy, due to the visual and acoustic barrier that homes exert between the street and the interiors.
The vegetation also plays an essential role in this project. The architects propose high vegetation on the perimeter with the idea of protecting the inside and lower vegetation for the central areas .
The planning of landscape in this plot, has provided small passages between houses , roads of different types of flooring, were in between grass grows and shaded by the trees picnic and seating areas. Each and every visual perspective is thoroughly studied.
