The land on which we operate has an area of 79.5 hectares.
When Speaking about a spatial structure, we turn our attention to social relationships that arise as a result of the project purpose. In Almuñécar the golf course is the agglutinant of a way of life and expression of a social class.
The houses have as a link, an exclusive atmosphere, a sense of belonging to a community that shares habits and pleasures, because all are related to common areas, available through a perimeter disposition which facilitates the access while it isolates them from the acoustic and visual pollution from the outsides.
This project proposes the development of a mixed urban housing complex and golf course in Almuñecar in the province of Granada. In an area of approximately 80 hectares will find the residential complex of detached dwelling and equipment belonging to the golf course.
These architects’ planners have submitted a proposal in which the blocks are grouped and appear as small towns around the golf course. These groups in turn are organized around a green area exerted as community gardens and private pool. The arrangement of housing varies according to contours. This shows that the project globally respects the terrain and tries to adapt and integrate into the environment.
The routes between different residential areas and access to the golf course are carefully studied to be direct and to cause the minimal visual impact on the landscape. The houses are oriented to the golf course, which acts like a huge private garden. The views are unbeatable.
This study of planners has extensive experience designing this type of residential complexes associated with golf courses with private garden and pool areas. They are complex projects in which you work with large scales due to the enormous areas of a golf course. The architects mastered to perfection the proportions of the free spaces regarding to build ones and have experience in managing the landscape perfectly.
