HOTEL IN QATAR
The land on which we operate has an area of 2,000 M².
The total constructed area of buildable computable purposes is 4092 M² above ground and 1758 M² in the basement level.
The integration between the architecture of Middle East and the West is present in this project that is intended to be referenced in the new architecture of the area. The project is done in one building where the basement is dedicated for parking and services, the ground floor for hotel services and the 5 floors for 50 apartments of one and two bedrooms.
SYNOPSIS PROJECT BY THE ARCHITECTS IN QATAR:
This Apart- Hotel Project in Qatar is characterized by a plant in ” L ” with a very coherent and functional distribution. From the first to the fifth floor , we can find the rooms . At the ends of each floor the architects have located the rooms with two bedrooms and one the rest of the floor with one bedroom. The core of vertical communication , elevators and stairs, is situated in the angle formed by the L, thus being a well-lit and equally accessible from both ends of the floor area.
The main elevation prevents of falling into a rhythmic monotony of hollows and solids with the appearance of wood panelled balconies located apparently randomly which give the complex a more relaxed and imaginative look. The architecture proposed by these professionals is not intended to go unnoticed and is displayed as a fusion of various stylistic resources owned by various culture, experienced in their careers .
It is an example of the experience and the path of the designers, and how their works are adapted to environments without losing its identity . They have undertaken projects in Qatar, Brazil, Morocco, Spain , Angola, etc. with similar programs and providing very different answers.
