This new CASARES GOLF HOMES project was awarded to be developed by our studio Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture, in the Bay of Casares Golf, municipality of Casares in Estepona, Malaga.

CASARES GOLF HOMES is a residential complex consisting of 2 blocks of 29 homes and it corresponding parking spaces, large terraces, gardens for private use, common garden areas with swimming pool within a magnificent natural environment, located between Sotogrande and Marbella. Only 3 kilometers from the beach, with spectacular natural landscapes and close to wonderful historical monuments of great tourist interest that houses the Costa del Sol and southern Spain.

Let’s do some history. On this plot of land: 24,480.00 m2, a project had been submitted in the past, and a building permit and permission was even granted, which were partially executed. At the moment the previous projects are replaced by the current one carried out by our architecture studio that develops this second stage. A concept of contemporary architecture, carefully projected, counting on the latest technology, high demands of quality and design.

CASARES GOLF HOMES is an exclusive residential project, which González & Jacobson Architecture assumes with great enthusiasm and professionalism, where space and pure lines are protagonists. You can choose between 2 and 3 bedroom homes, all with 2 bathrooms, large spaces, terraces, some with attics and unbeatable views to the sea or a garden for your own enjoyment and relaxation.

The Light merges with the interior of the house, providing warm, open and comfortable spaces. The terraces are an extension of the homes that invite you to enjoy the views.

Thanks to the adequate selection of avant-garde materials, both in the external finishes of buildings, common areas, and in the interiors of homes, such as stoneware, high-quality ceramic pieces, double-glass railings, marble and others, it achieves a close relationship and continuity between the projected and the sensations that the union of all these elements suggests. It has played with the chromatic ranges and the textures, integrating perfectly with the gardens and landscaping.

All homes have view to the common areas and some in particular and according to their location within the residential complex, will have a view of the sea.

The apartments have practically a similar program of needs, however, different types of houses are develop according to their location within each block and the available square meters, that vary between 125 m2 to 172 m2.

All details have been in consideration, energy efficiency, comfort, design and safety. Access to the residential complex is through a common entrance equipped with video intercom, and surveillance.

A good design is fundamental. Our architecture study assumes the importance on the subject of accessibility, to facilitate the access to people who inhabit the complex and can move around easily. The idea is to make their lives as comfortable as possible. Within each block, lifts are available to access each level or floor, for people with reduced mobility and anyone who lives and visits the complex, with capacity for six people.

Within the characteristics of each house, we have: built-in wardrobes with sliding doors with vinyl finish, stoneware floors similar to marble in bathrooms, bedrooms and living room, for the kitchen, terrace and porches stoneware floors, smooth plastic paint in light tones in walls and white on ceilings.

The kitchen is also a place where we have put great effort. Place of excellence of meeting between friends and family, where part of our time goes by. For this space, a kitchen design with high and low furniture of great capacity, countertop of compact material and large format ceramic tile for the vertical tiling.
