In Malaga, Mijas, the land on which we operated had an area of 17,555 M².

 

The total constructed area above ground is 12.422 m2 and 3,600 m2 in basements for parking and storage.

 

The overall consideration of a proposed development must be based on management and classification of its components, the adequacy of the place and adapting it to the environment.

 

Alanda Homes is a good example of compliance with these premises. The set occupies a strip at the edge of the golf course where nonchalantly develops a program where practicality and beauty come together as a whole of reasons and feelings.

 

The beautiful representation of the magnificent facades and interior layouts summarize their virtues.

 

VISION OF MALAGA ARCHITECTS IN THIS ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT

 

Of note is the play of volumes that architects have developed in this project in Malaga. This sequence of openings and solid wall spaces produces shadows that give a great depth to the façade.

 

The combination of materials, adding the stone against the white walls powers more the depth of the façade. The architecture of this complex is closely linked to the Mediterranean architecture, the Malaga and the Costa del Sol architectural design.

 

The study of the urban planning and the logic, have led Malaga architects to configure the project linearly placing at the west part of the land the residential complex. Therefore, the apartments are facing the fields La Cala Golf, enjoying superb views of Mijas.

 

The architectural design of this collective family housing building is not based only on the formal since it consists of a very attentive detail of contemporary interior design. In La Cala Golf most of the interior spaces and the relationship with the nearest landscape is enhanced.

 

Vegetation has also played an important role in this project, showing the different spaces and establishing an order in the place. The higher vegetation is flanking the entrances to the blocks and lower vegetation is marking a visual line to separate the golf course.

 

With the experience of being architects of various developments in Malaga, we have managed to capture in this project, the consistency of a set of collective housing in relation to a characteristic landscape of the Costa del Sol.
