The Costa del Sol is again in the eye of many real estate developers. Investments are growing and many new architectural projects are build. Malaga is that perfect place. It offers all kind of good infrastructure, restaurants, hotels, shops, hospitals and entertainment for all.

Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture participates in a preliminary design contest for a Residential Complex in Elviria, an ideal area to stay and enjoy the beach, the golf courses and its wide range of leisure activities. Elviria is an urban nucleus that belongs to the municipality of Marbella.

 

On a plot of 20,829 m2 with a maximum allowable construction area of 10,414.50 m2 and a maximum occupancy of 40%, 8,331.60 m2 and a density of 69 homes, architects of González & Jacobson have considered all the aspects involved in the project and propose 2 options. In terms of design and aesthetics, both options have the same concept.

 

Contemporary avant-garde finishes, innovative and current market trends, sustainability, well-being and comfort are some of its features. Homes with unique style, cozy and trendy atmosphere divided in several floors with attractive swimming pool and private parking.

 

Option 1: Presents 40 homes, all with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Type "A" will be a little larger (250m2) than the other 23 type "B" (208m2) and may vary in the internal distribution. All the houses will have a basement, ground floor where the pool is located, main areas of the house; living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, upstairs: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and then the solarium/upper floor.

 

Option 2: Presents 52 homes, including 2 alternatives: type "A" (160m2 approx.) For 30 houses with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, type "B" (165m2 approx.) 22 of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The plot presents a considerable unevenness and it will be used to locate the houses within the land so that it does not affect privacy or views.
