The land on which we operate has an area of 24,000 M².
The total constructed area is 10,000 M² above ground and 2,800 M² in basements for parking and storage.
The complex comprises a total of 60 apartments spread over five buildings and a pool area and common bathrooms located in the central area of the plot.

Los Altos de la Cala Golf in Mijas, Málaga, is a residential complex synonymous of wellbeing and comfort. This complex consists of 60 apartments spread over 5 blocks, surrounding a pool and common areas for the enjoyment of all residents. The strategic location of the buildings is a remarkable part of the project, as it protects green areas of private enjoyment from the noise and glance of foreigners. This situation allows the blocks to be much more transparent and open to the common areas and be more hermetic in the elevations( projections) that turn to the streets.
Perhaps in this project we have to focus our attention in a special way, to the un built part. Roads and trails, vegetation and open spaces are key players in this residential complex of flats. We can find elegant water bodies crossed with walkways and vegetation of all kinds to suit different spaces according to the criteria of architects. Low vegetation to accompany small stone pathways, tall vegetation to highlight the great outdoors, each type located appropriately according to its scale.
This architectural firm is attentive and controls every detail, however small it can be, in the design of these large complex.
