The architecture firm studio proposes a U shaped block with 3 floors and 60 apartments, divided into 4, 3 and 2 bedroom apartments. In the central space of the U form, enjoying the nice atmosphere will be the swimming pool for adults and children, paddle tennis court, two squares and a children’s playground. A pleasure for its inhabitants.
The four bedroom apartments are on the ends/extreme of the U form. Each apartment has two bathrooms, individual terraces, two parking spaces and a storage room.
