AEDAS GROUP LAS MESAS – ESTEPONA CONTEST
GONZÁLEZ & JACOBSON ARCHITECTURE presents in this contest a Mediterranean Residential Village with contemporary design concept, located in the town of Estepona, Las Mesas sector. The Set consists of 43 homes distributed in 6 blocks on a plot of 7,120.86 M² with swimming pools, gym and spectacular green areas.
No doubt, a design adapted to the needs and demands of the different participants: the land and its characteristics, the requirements of investors / developers and the buyer market.
The contemporary lines are in vogue, noble natural materials that enhance the design and evoke in time, light, serenity and openness to modernity. Important parts of the emblem of this project that GONZÁLEZ & JACOBSON ARCHITECTURE interprets perfectly through its extensive experience.
The different blocks present homes with 2 bedrooms (between 100m2 to 120m2) or 3 bedrooms of approximately 140m2, with different locations and views.
Solid and firm concrete materials, pillars, beams, plaques, are part of the foundation and the supporting and horizontal structure where the houses will raise, in addition to the use of all the appropriate and innovative techniques and procedures to ensure the excellent quality of the finishes.
The coatings of the different structures and areas vary according to their location and use. Some exterior panels/walls will be covered with artificial, natural or ceramic stones. The tiling and paving in homes will be with large-scale porcelain tiles in the living rooms and in the rest of the house, somewhat reduced in light gray or light tones. The texture will be imitating natural stone or cement, but fine to the touch. To the concordance between the concept of design, textures, formats and colors is given great importance and prominence to establish, a great atmosphere, harmony, warmth and fluidity between the different areas.
As well as in the homes and in the common areas, a relationship with the whole is established, so that there is a symbiosis between the natural and the established which will draw design patterns inviting the senses and not the visual chaos.
Light is a fundamental protagonist, making its entrance through the glass rails distributed along the terraces, an invitation to enjoy the excellent climate of the Costa de Sol, especially the one that Estepona offers all year around.
