IMARA – MARBELLA

The land on which we operate has an area of 20,253 M².

The total constructed area of buildable computable purposes is of 10,800 M² above ground and basement 5079 M2.

The whole project is comprised of 12 buildings with a total of 59 apartments and three pool areas and parking in basement.

Imara combines design, construction and environment, to show us a complex where functionality is implemented individually, meeting the demands of comfort with fluency.

The quality and warmth of materials and coatings, the careful interior layout, the width of leisure spaces, the magnificent approach in the provision of housing with a morphology that persuades by its modernity, conveys an overall sense of harmony and confidence.

VISION BY THE ARCHITECTS IN MARBELLA:

Imara Balcones de Sierra Blanca is a set of 12 blocks of collective detached houses which has a total of 59 apartments , three pool areas and common areas. It is a residential complex located in Marbella Malaga an area of the Andalusian coast where these architectural firm has designed many more developments. It is a field that these architects mastered to perfection, as much as for their knowledge of the environment as the theme of the work.

The designers have opted for buildings that are displayed simple on the forms, with a number of minimum material extolling the beauty of the whole composition contributing to a very clean and elegant projection.

Wood, glass, stone and ceramic materials are protagonists of this project on the coast of Marbella. Over the big white canvas, contrast the wooden pergolas and the pitched ceramic tile roof. Among the gardens appear small land retaining walls built of stone and with a very clean finish.

The blocks have been designed by architects like staggering pieces forming a series of terraces that serve as connection between houses. It is a kind of architecture oriented to enjoy the climate, harmony and the opportunities that the place in itself offers.
