RESIDENTIAL EL MILAGRO S.M.A.

The land on which we operate has an area of 50,052 M².

The total constructed area of buildable computable purposes is 39,576 M² above ground.

The project under consideration includes the development of a residential complex in Mexico and comprises a total of 50 lots (176 houses) scattered on the plot No. 2, with green areas, three pool areas, social club and two paddle courts.

The main and only access to all the complex is located on the western boundary of the parcel in which is located an Access Control Booth to the urbanization. This access leads to a square with a roundabout form where two internal vehicular and pedestrian vials start (one northbound and one southbound) that cover the whole plot in order to facilitate access to each and every one of the lots.

EL Milagro S.M. De Allende in Mexico has a Clubhouse with Administration Offices, Restaurant, Bar, Cafeteria, Kitchen, two saunas, two massage rooms, bathrooms for Ladies and Men, a Pergola, and twoPaddle tracks occupying the southwest corner of the plot.

Following the Clubhouse are located the first set of houses and the natural contour of the plot. At the end or south boundary rise the first five lots until the southeast, where one of the three pool areas lies and immediately Blocks from No. 6 to No. 23 start placed along the perimeter of the plot, until reach the opposite (northeast) end.

Blocks from No. 24 to No. 34 occupied the northern part of the plot and rise up to form an orbit or independent circle, resulting a central area suitable for seating the second zone of swimming pools (two pools: adults and children). It is noteworthy that the lots from No. 24 to No. 28 have access through a pedestrian sidewalk 4 feet wide with the aim of facilitating access to emergency vehicles.

The remaining lots (Lots from No. 35 to No. 50) are in the central part of the plot, forming another circle or visual whole, sheltered by a large and triangular green area with a pool area (also with two pools: adults and children).

Finally, note that the set edificatorio has 192 car parks along the road running through the parcel inside, and 8 private parking to the lots from No. 11 to No. 18 that occupy the central part of the boundary east.

SYNOPSIS PROJECT BY THE ARCHITECTS IN MEXICO:

El Milagro. S.M. de Allende residential complex in Mexico, is a sign of domain of all the different architecture disciplines. These architects in Mexico have gone into this work in a development level at all scale.

From the planning point of view, designers have proposed to surround the perimeter of the single family housing plot , some single and others detached ,with an internal road only for residents, isolated from public external traffic roads. This circulation, in turn involves another group of semi-detached homes that have in the center a large green garden space and pool. Houses, paths and common areas will be placed in concentric circles.

With regard to housing design, architects have proposed living area and guest bedrooms downstairs, master bedrooms upstairs and for a maximum use a flat roof with solarium, a small bathroom and a Jacuzzi. In addition, the residential complex has a restaurant, massage rooms, a Gym and sports facilities. These social activities for neighbors are in the perimeter ring of the urbanization and encourage activities and the use of green areas.

This architectural firm has previously worked on projects in Mexico, and this work adds to a long list of successful engagements in developments of single family home complex with pool areas.
