DESCRIPTION:
The land on which we operate has an area of 9519 M²
The total constructed area of 1,864 buildable M² is above ground and 1,269 M² in the basement.
The simplicity conquests the spaces of common sense, the order of practical necessities. This complex is an example of stylistic coherence and of formal consistency.
Each body of the project has a specific objective, the set of all of them, once assembled in an interesting exercise of harmony and symmetry, fusions them, creating a unit that merges with expression, a dialog in transitions, a meaning in their statements and the essence of a Thai style.

The Rocio de Nagüeles Homes in Marbella ,Costa del Sol, are a clear example of that simplicity is not contrary to good taste.
A comprehensive project where each space is studied BY THE ARCHITECTS IN COSTA DEL SOL in detail.
The building consists essentially of different prisms that give a very attractive final image. Stresses a glass volume that makes up the living area and dining room, in which a strong relationship with the main garden is established.
In the rear volumes, at the corners the Costa del sol architects have located the hollows of the bedroom windows, breaking the prism edge. The vertical communication core was projected on a vertical hollow facade extending from the garden level until the top. Flat projecting covers , complete a picture of a contemporary architecture complex .
Each house is presented as a free part, located on a plot of elongated proportions . They align the inlet part leaving at the rear a large open space , where architects have placed a small pool preceded by a beautiful porch . The master bedroom opens onto the rear and has a large terrace on the porch.
The orientation of the houses is well studied , leaving garden and pool are south facing to enjoy more the sunshine hours. The lounge and dining room, while being a glass prism , stay open to the south and west.
