SYNOPSIS PROJECT BY THE ARCHITECTS IN MALAGA:
Real Altavista Golf is one of the most comprehensive residential complex in Malaga. The project main feature is that modifies how to approach the work: the plot is divided into two main areas. Thus, the 9 blocks in which all apartments are distributed are divided into two groups of 5 and 4 in each plot.
The two halves of the plot follow common guidelines, general outlines of urban design and spatial planning, but in turn are different. In one, the structures are arranged in a line, leaving a large green space protected from the noise and gaze of the public way. However, in the other plot, conditioned by its morphology, the architects in Malaga decided to hold the position of the blocks in a L shape, surrounding the green common areas and pool.
Private traffic routes do not get in contact at any time with green areas, respecting the maximum tranquility that these areas must have and setting clear limits between static and dynamic areas of the project.
