Villa El Rosario 272-274

The land on which we act has a surface of 2500 M2.

The total constructed area is 500 M² above ground.

In architecture, spatial design distinguishes the value of the buildings. Details give character and define the personality of its author. In these villages, in the urbanization El Rosario, the exterior facades explain the internal disposition with diaphaneity, concentrated in the towers that function as distributors while they stand solemn to state its originality, attached to a receiver that emphasizes their status with a grand staircase for access.

ARCHITECTURE VISION IN MARBELLA:

The plots 272 and 274 in Rosario, Marbella, are occupied by these two elegant villas with private pools. This architectural firm took over the design and implementation of the two detached houses that occupy this place.

In the design of the volumes, they have sought in a game of contrasts. Horizontal pieces are in relation to a vertical tower character. Incomings and an outgoings on the facade that’s fill it with depth and bathing it with planes of light and shadow. A design based on the balance of contrasts, facing shapes, colors and materials, always looking for harmony and elegance of the final image of the set.

The vegetation is a major element in the project settings. Vegetation in all its forms is achieving maximum expressiveness in the composition. Slender palms that mark a place, low shrubs flanking a road or a plant barrier that protects a dividing. This is an inseparable part of the design of the house, not being able to conceive of one without the other.

Wood and ceramics are materials that are also present in the whole design. Ceramic present in the form of tiles to form the sloping roof and also as an element of external paving. The wood can be found in some pieces of furniture and also in an elegant pergola that protects the space above the main hall.
