Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture presents Preliminary design concept for APARTMENTS complex in Nueva Andalusia.
Nueva Andalusia is part of the Municipality of Marbella, which benefits from the great hotel infrastructure and services provided in the area and its surroundings. It is a magnificent residential area, surrounded by golf courses, near the beach, supermarkets, the popular Puerto Banus, and it’s Marina, which offer an exquisite international cuisine, renowned shops and a spectacular seafront promenade.
Before proposing a design idea, Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture collects all the information, demands, proposals, tastes and expectations of the client regarding the project. The characteristics of the area and the terrain in terms of location, slope, and use of light, buildable square meters allowed and other factors play a no less important role when planning the design within the plot. With all this information and any detail that serves to present a design according to the demands and regulations, the work begins.
On a plot of 10.000m2 and a maximum construction of 2,970m2, 3 blocks of contemporary architecture with a maximum of 11 houses, pedestrian access, parking for owners and visitors, gardens, children’s play area and swimming pool are proposed. The houses may vary in size and internal approach depending on their location within each block.
The apartments each of approximately 450m2, distributed in 3 levels will be constituted by: 4 bedrooms, hall, living room, kitchen, enough bathrooms to supply the bedrooms and social areas of the home, parking, terraces, porches and solarium. A work of art adapted to the latest construction techniques, finishes and technology. All with the objective of making the most of the available resources and protecting sustainability with the environment at all times.
