The land on which we operate has an area of 9.101 M².

The constructed area is of 4,433 m² above ground.

The whole project consists of 22 semi-detached houses with private pools in Granada.

The main concept is the creation of a complex consisting in semidetached and overlapping houses, characterized by a volumetric composition, full of movement and design. It envisions a type of housing with a program of functional needs, extensive development in tourist areas, adapted to the geographical and topographical characteristics of the zone.

Cortijo del Aire is a community thought from the simplicity of the design which enhances its practical possibilities. The easy access, clarity of communicative design and attractive volumes, the brightness of its domestic distribution and luminosity are the synthesis committed to the quality of a versatile project open to the taste and desires of its owners.

Among the different options offered by the housing market, the semi-detached houses have become an attractive product.

Cortijo del Aire is a project of 22 semi-detached homes designed for a rectangular plot with elongated proportion in Albolote, Granada. Each house has a garden and a private pool area. The architects have devised a scheme of positioning in the plot that allows circulations to be fluid and that road traffic does not cause discomfort in homes. Consists to place the property in two recessed parallel strips in respect to the surrounding streets, leaving the gardens as a separator element between houses and public roads. The two home bands in turn are separated by a small private footpath private. Home bands are located on slightly uneven heights.

Among the project alternatives, this Architecture Firm in Granada proposes a contemporary architectural image of the set. Semi-detached houses with different elevations appear to be one piece. With outstanding formal asymmetries and a basic set of no more than 4 materials for the facade. The stone, glass and wood are protagonists in these parts. They are designed from a prism composition with orthogonal edges among which a curved piece with vertical proportions stands out providing a slight movement to the overall image. The incoming and outgoing volumes cast elegant shadow planes that enrich the perspectives of the houses.

These architects in Granada have extensive experience in the design of residential collective family housing complexes. With a thorough development of living spaces and communal areas.

The land on which we operate has an area of 27,104 M².

The total constructed area is of 24,600 M² above ground and 5494 M² in the basement for parking and storage.

Due the plot conditions, two rotor modules of vertical circulation were done to access to the basements of the buildings. These in turn have a terrace with jacuzzi on the deck which have excellent views towards the sea and mountains.

The complex has areas without construction, which have a special treatment in landscaping, using beautiful native plants and two pool areas that may be accessed by pedestrian roads from any part of the community.

Samara is a unique terraced complex that leverages topography to show a modern project, horizontal in the trace and daring in its execution. The design yields to the spectacular views with the provision of spaces to be on the southern facade. Samaras neutral appearance enhances its integration into the environment.

Samara is a collective residential complex of detached houses located in Lomas de Marbella, Malaga in Costa del Sol. It consists of a group of blocks positioned in 4 bands that are arranged in a sinuous way and in between them free spaces for gardens; paths and pool areas are displayed.

The complex as a whole has a very contemporary character. The apartment blocks are designed from large prisms with sharp edges. This design produces an interesting play of light and shadow on the walls, with large incomings and outgoings. The white colored buildings contrast with strong stone walls that save the different heights and on those who the vegetation hangs. Elevations loaded with movement, present hollow spaces of different sizes and proportions.

The plot involved is elongated and has a significant gap in its shorter dimension. These features have conditioned architects when designing the set and have chosen to produce a series of split levels or terraces on the ground to stagger the buildings. Thus the visual impact is much lower and the privacy of each block is maintained without interruption between the views between them. Vegetation plays an important role in this type of design, as the gardens and palm trees try to minimize the effect of changes in elevation and accompany the interior paths around the entire plot. In this case, buildings and vegetation get together to shape this beautiful urbanization in Costa del Sol.

It is a traditional architecture which in turn is filled with contemporary details with pure volumes, large prisms that cast strong shadow planes filling with deepness the facades. The land on which we operate has an area of 40,000 M².

The constructed area is 20,000 M² above ground and 5,200 M² in the basement for parking and storage.

The whole project is composed of 8 blocks with a total of 104 apartments and two outdoor swimming areas and one isolated building with indoor pool, saunas, gym, bathrooms, etc.. Besides having large garden areas that are integrated into the existing environment of Mediterranean pines.

Residential Complexes have all the essentials components to make life in community. La Trinidad presents them all with elegance, a careful spatial distribution, landscape of exquisite sensitivity, in which the basements of the blocks rotate in a just outlined angle, who attenuates the homogeneity of the impression without losing unity.

The facades are articulated as intercolumnios pillars through lightening the gravid and relieving the monotony of the terraces for the search of greater outer surface.

La Trinidad is located in Marbella, Malaga, Spain. Is a residential complex consisting of 8 blocks of apartments and a small building for common use in the pool area. The strategy followed by the architects is to place the buildings in the perimeter of the plot, which in this case has slight slop and a roughly rectangular shape. Thus housing blocks situated to the side of the plot protect gardens and pool area from prying eyes. Road traffic occurs around the complex, and internally, urbanization is crossed by many trails/paths that make circulations fluid and shorten distances between the different areas.

The pool area is located approximately in the center of the complex. Two sheets of water placed at different heights surrounded by greenery are the protagonists of this area. Each block of flats has a direct connection to this area.

The architects have designed a residential complex with low building density areas in where green spaces are predominant. The proportions of spaces, transmit in harmony. Low buildings rest smoothly on the ground without barely modifying it and becoming part of a larger complex, achieving a seamless integration.

This architectural firm has extensive experience in this type of residential projects linked to good weather and the outdoors. They have developed a number of developments on the Costa del Sol, specially in the city of Marbella and the provinces of Malaga and Cadiz with different characteristics and all with great success.

One of the most desired images in housing, is the integrated scenario with nature and superb views to the beach. If we add these conditions to an accommodated architecture in this context, aimed to satisfy these assumptions not only in the hedonistic but also i the quality requirements, Rio Real Playa is a good example of it.

The complex is distributed in line with the sea, which pays tribute to it, sharing exteriors and common areas which are staggered in order to take advantage of the slope of the plot, to mitigate its visual impact and particularize spaces.

The vegetation and the Mediterranean Sea sharing the same environment, are actors from the unbeatable views from these homes.

The blocks are designed as strong pieces inserted strategically between vegetation, protecting the pool area and common areas form the outsides. Its wide columns show elegant, forming balconies or porches, being elements of generating elegant and sober elevations. Another highlight in the composition of the buildings is the diversity of inclined planes that intersect to draw complex ceramic tile roofing. They Crown each building giving it a distinctive image complex from the distance. The wooden pergolas, also be noticed in the different orientations of each dwelling are an extension element of some interior rooms towards the outside.

The land on which we operate has an area of 12,469 M².

The total constructed area is 22,000 M² above ground and 9,700 M² in basements for parking, storage, gym, restaurant, etc.

The proyect comprises a total of 104 apartments spread over 4 blocks of apartment blocks.

Due to the characteristics shown by the plots, it is conceived for four buildings with three pool areas. In our point of view, they are ideal ,as they gather useful features and excellent results for a better adaptation of the buildings to the land as to the environment.

Balcones del Acueducto, consists of four blocks to house inside various apartments and a restaurant area and another for leisure and sport. At the same time, we wanted to highlight the architectural style of the buildings, projecting empty spaces inside, playing with their volumes, drawing bridges of connection between them and taking advantage of the surface trace of some underground levels to create garden walkways.

This project is an ideal that translates the color and the joy of Mexico, as we perceive it in a n original composition of categorical volumes, and at the same time kind, freed lines liberated from the heavy weight of the formalism to put on a festive air, open and honest.

The urbanization Balcones del Acueducto projected for the city of Queretaro, Mexico, is a model of creativity and imagination of this Architecture Firm Design in Marbella, Malaga. The project consists of 4 blocks of collective detached houses with 3 pool areas and communal gardens.

One of the main features of this project is the fact that the blocks are in very different elevations despite their proximity, since the plot has a very steep slope. The architects have ordered the plot dividing it into different horizontal planes in which are placed the blocks, the pool and garden areas. In addition, an element that adds much interest to the project, is the design of several gateways that connect some buildings with others taking advantage of the difference in elevation between them.

Every building is different to the next one, stressing above all, one of them because its vertical component, being several floors taller than the other three buildings. The design of the facades and roofs is very striking; load full of color and movement, playing with the elevations like if it refers to mosaics. Colors, closely related to the culture of the place where the project is located.

The fusion of cultures and the sum of own expertise of each place is a very important characteristic of this group of architects at the time of tackling a job. They never lose the identity of their work despite working in different countries around the world like: Angola, Morocco, Brazil, Norway, Mexico or Spain.
