The constructed area is 620 M² in San Roque, Cadiz.

The use of traditional materials mixed with modern decorative elements is the main concept on which this proposal is developed.

In terms of layouts, are two main areas which generate use. On one hand the treatment areas with an embodiment of relaxation and enjoyment, reinforced by the use of traditional material of the Andalusia architecture, as well as the warmth of the textures, to achieve the desired effects.

On the other hand, create small niches and environments at the water area to remain under the same idea of tranquility, enhanced by the use of low illumination, as we approach the outdoor Jacuzzi, use of natural light covers importance, as well as enhances the pleasure of enjoying it.

The treatment of the main axis, linking the two zones is a clear example of the conceptual idea, placing the source at one end of this axis, with natural lighting that gives it an almost patio feeling As we move into the hallway, daylight seeps and other elements of interior architecture begin to gain importance.

Finally, the materials such as clay, ceramic, wood and natural stone are the broad spectrum of traditional coatings of our architecture. Their rational use use charge an important role in creating these spaces.

THE ARCHITECTS VISION IN CADIZ:

The Spa of San Roque Golf Club is a project that could be classified as a commercial architecture. A project located in the urbanization of San Roque in Cadiz. The developed project is within the complex, a great program of spa circuits and the characteristic areas of these places. This study of architecture in Marbella, tries to find a new dimension to a conventional characteristic type of project and developed previously on many other occasions. Not accepting the conventional idea and rethink the concept to make it better.

Keeping intact the traditional functioning of a spa, with its paths and circuits, the architects fill with nuances the spaces. Playing with the entry of light, sifting some places. Or just letting it flow or preventing it entry. Thus, controlling the gradient of natural light to play with the senses of people while walking through spaces. The materials are part of this game and are chosen and located in very concrete ways. Warm, porous, smooth or rough materials depending on the location or intent of the designers. Nothing is left to chance. Roof shape also helps to characterize places, compressing or dilating , contributing to make dynamic or static.

It is an architectural project in which the development of interior design made by architects, is instrumental in the final result. Materials, shapes or dimensions, serve the senses of anyone who crosses the interior.

ALMACEN BUGGIES LA CALA GOLF MIJAS MÁLAGA ESPAÑA

TOURISTIC – BUGGIES WAREHOUSE LA CALA GOLF

DESCRIPTION:

The land on which we operate has an area of 9161 M².

The constructed area is 2,091 M² at basement level and the same built area is for the open terrace.

The project of this renovation and expansion will be undertaken in three phases: Phase I. Stage in which we focus at first in the construction of a covered parking area for golf boogies in Costa del Sol.

These covered parkings will be located at the southern end of Level 3 (in front of the existing changing rooms) and will have a warehouse, a workshop and a washing area for the vehicles in question. This area can be accessed through two entrances: one on the extreme southeast and the other provisions of the West Wing. Furthermore, over the parking coverage, will be extended the restaurant area with a large tent and garden in almost its entire perimeter, overlooking the hole 18.

This project updates trends and summarizes vernacular sensations accommodated to modernity. The graceful brick volumes alternate, compartmentalized and irregular in height and dimension in order to break the uniformity of the facade which gives the building a cluttered figure, very disordered in appearance but very attractive in its presentation, which evokes an architecture of contrasts.

THE ARCHITECTS VISION:

La Cala Golf in Mijas, Malaga, Costa del Sol needed a closed Storage for the buggies, so we started to work on the project. The area will provide an extensive curved garden partly covered with an elegant semi-tubular tent. The complexity of this intervention is given by the fact that the project is part of an already built area. The architects have had the ability that this new expansion for Cala Golf Club would be fully integrated both functionally and aesthetically to the existing construction. The garden built on the roof of the storage room gives a new dimension to the initial image of a basement full of buggies. Its curved shape contributes to a contemporary image full of dynamism, chaired by an ample staircase giving access to the terrace and restaurant.

The connections between the different levels in the project are resolved with gentle ramps. Thus, the connections are fluid and the passage from one level to another barely noticeable. A stone wall is used to form another level of gardens and vegetation softens the visual impact the highest wall can have. Nothing is left to chance and every detail has its role in this complex project, seemingly with simple image. It Is architects credit to convey the curved design the serenity that is breathed in these environment. The Knowledge of the existing building and its areas because of previous work of reform, has helped designers to understand and execute in the best way the intended idea.

Robustness, transparency and simplicity were the concepts that were used for the generation of this proposal. Strength in the proportions of the stand, transparency in the use of materials and simplicity of movement and visual recognition of the volume applied.

Using the house as starting point from the preliminary schemes, were created simple forms, easily recognized almost basic icons that helped integrate the original idea an reinforce the final outcome.

VISION BY THE ARCHITECTS IN MARBELLA:

This time, the work of this architectural firm in Marbella does not show its creative side: Now it is the design and development of an exhibition stand for Homg Solutions in shopping centers.

It is an ordained creative process, where different phases will be fulfill starting from a very basic and primitive concept in design. The architects have played with the idea of the companies logo to make it into a real 3D part and be the own exhibition stand. The design is elegant and clean, simple to implement. Designers are loyal to the shape as in to the original colors of the logo. The number of materials used for its construction is minimal, for the idea to be more readable.

Here the architecture is oriented to a commercial field, since the space is very small and includes the piece in itself, it makes the advertising of the company, not so much it content. In this case overrides the continent, much more than the content. The proposal has different end finishing options, all on one line of elegant and extremely simple design.

This architectural firm has worked on different project types, dedicated to residential architecture and commercial architecture and other fields. Despite the very different fields, they approach projects with the same enthusiasm and determination. Always with the ongoing commitment to creativity, the contemporary and perfect execution. Starting with elaborate analysis of the initial situation, they are able to reach the most appropriate solutions.

CENTRO COMERCIAL LA CALA GOLF EN MÁLAGA

COMMERCIAL – COMMERCIAL CENTER LA CALA GOLF – MALAGA

DESCRIPTION:

The land on which we operate has a surface of 4007 m².

The total constructed area of buildable computable purposes is 3406 M² above ground and 900 M² in the basement for storage.

The commercial architecture is formalized in a solid image, of security and trust. This is done by unmistakable rules, regularity in the design and classicism in the style.

The Cala Golf Mall radiates a powerful figure, seated in a studied approach, that draws centrality. As a place for consumption, it is thought to people com in through a great access and passage. Everything covered in a halo of tradition, in nobility in the forms which points to a refine and elegant image of seduction.

VISION OF ARCHITECTURE WORK IN MIJAS :

La Cala Golf commercial area is a good example of commercial architecture, result of high consistency and common sense. It is a project for a shopping center in Mijas, Málaga, and where the architecture is not the protagonist and serve as a container for business. For that reason it must be shown strong, proud of its scale and very open to the outside. On the ground floor we can see in all elevations walls where glass is the predominate element allowing the installation of many showcases. At higher levels the percentage of voids decreases considerably.

On the first floor a large terrace surrounds the complex, allowing the opening of restaurants and cafes with outdoor service. The rest of the set closes with two and four stylish red ceramic tile hipped roof.

One of the most important elements of the project is a huge skylight in the center of the complex. The cover ceramic tile roof in its central part becomes metalwork and glass, allowing the passage of natural light into the shopping center. Thus, this creates a meeting area, a public space within the building, where the hallways converge and arrange the different paths.

This architecture firm design office in Mijas, Malaga, has managed to convey in this project their original ideas, adapting them to the requirements of customers and to some stylistic conditions of the characteristics of the intervention area.
