The master bedroom and its bathroom are elements that take on special relevance in this project and for this reason the choice of materials has been especially taken care of: for the bathroom, a large marble canvas has been designed as a backdrop to the sink area who is the real protagonist. The colored glass wall offers a blurred view of your interior from the bedroom.
In this one, wood and glass combine to create an elegant and very sophisticated environment, with indirect lighting that provides the necessary intimate touch.
The interior layout of these homes is very open in the day area. A single space is created that brings together living, kitchen and dining room, with the latter as a link between the former, without giving up their independence. In addition, the space is extended to the outside through the large glazed openings, whose carpentries are planned following the chromatic range chosen for the whole and with floor-to-ceiling dimensions.
In addition, the staircase area is visually integrated through the insertion of a colored glass panel. The metal staircase, as a sculptural piece, together with the details of wood finishes, the wine cellar and lighting, provide an elegant and slow-life touch.

Since then, the González & Jacobson team has continued to advance in the design and today we begin to show you the first exterior images, with a contemporary style and a harmonious aesthetic, where the play of volumes is combined with the inclined planes that anchor the homes to its environment.

Latest developments in this preliminary project of luxury detached houses. With a contemporary design, these luxury villas surprise because of the juxtaposed volumes and unstructured planes that play with lights and shadows, giving the whole a very current image and a coherent and harmonious aesthetic.

Layout plans of these eleven “Detached houses” which González & Jacobson Architecture design team is projecting in Nueva Andalucía, in the heart of the Golf Valley.
These are villas of generous dimensions, with living rooms that exceed 40 m2, occupying the entire front of the house, and bedrooms also very spacious, with en suite bathrooms all of them and enough storage space.
The kitchens are planned to be open to the living room, but with an adjoining service area for pantry, laundry etc.
The decks, accessible, are not residual places, but are designed as spaces to be used as a solarium, with total privacy.
New advances in the Preliminary Project that we presented in mid-February, initially for ten detached houses and finally for eleven.
As we told you, it is a plot of 9,900 m2 and a build ability index of 0.30 m2t/m2s. The dwellings have been grouped in a block of 4 units, two semi-detached and 3 detached. The swimming pool and solarium area are located on the southeast corner, thus taking advantage of the best location and optimum sunlight.
Access to the basement level has been arranged in the middle area of the plot, from where it is distributed to the various housing modules, which have 3 parking spaces each. In addition, the complex has courtesy parking spaces, including a parking space adapted for the disabled. All levels of the complex have been carefully studied in order to comply with accessibility regulations, resolving changes in elevation by means of gentle ramps. And the homes have an interior elevator to communicate the four levels: basement, ground floor, first floor and solarium.

Access to these 10 “townhomes” is performed by the upper level, where the areas of day, distributed in an open space and little compartmentalized, large glazed openings and terraces that prolong the feeling of space. On this floor it is also provided a room with bathroom, which can be used as an office or guest, more independent of the rest.
On the lower level or on the ground floor, there are three other bedrooms, the main one with a dressing room. All of them have an en-suite bathroom and large closets, as well as a terrace.
Finally, the basement level, used for car parking, also has a multipurpose lounge area, with natural ventilation and lighting through the creation of English patios.
All levels are accessible by the installation of an interior elevator.
