GONZALEZ & JACOBSON ARCHITECTURE signs the execution of the Project “THE COLLECTION”.
Another challenge taken on for our architectural firm and pleased to be part of this great project of 26 elite Villas in the Golden Mile of Marbella.
Modern villas of between 375 to 500 m2 with personalized qualities, state-of-the-art technology and the latest trends in materials and amenities (elevator, garage, solarium, private pool). Features demanded by an increasingly demanding market, where all requirements were contemplated to make the most of each one of them.
The beginning of the execution of works is scheduled for this August. Undoubtedly the enclave of the same is of an immense attraction, with sea or mountain views and very close to the urban center of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
Mention of this new project “The Collection” is made by the different newspapers in the area of Malaga, highlighting its importance and success.
As you can see, the works on this villa are quite advanced and you can already appreciate the composition of volumes and the design planned for the facades, with more opaque planes on the front road to preserve the maximum privacy, and much more open to the south and west, with transition spaces between inside and outside through the cantilever, which create porches straddling the living room and the future open terraces.
This villa in La Cala de Mijas opens to the west through large glazed openings making the most of natural light and thus prolonging through the terraces the areas of daily life.. It has an avant-garde design and quality materials.

It has been a long time since we showed you the preliminary project of this villa in La Cala de Mijas Urbanization. After completely defining its design, and processing the building permit, today we bring it to you again, starting by remembering the distribution plants.
The plot, of 930 m2, has a trapezoidal shape, medium slope from north to south and facing the road on the east side.
The ordinance of application allows the construction of a house with a maximum buildable area of 0.34 m2t/m2s and an occupancy of 25%.
The villa has two floors above ground level, a program of 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (two located on the upper level and one on the first floor), central communication core surrounded by water features, and volume for daytime spaces open to the large porch.
The interior layout of this villa, like its exterior image, never ceases to amaze.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a dream bathroom, as well as its own living room. The spacious bedrooms upstairs also have a living room itself, which can be used as a playroom for younger children, or as a more intimate lounge.

Some time ago we presented the preliminary project of this villa in an exclusive location in Marbella: Los Monteros Urbanization. And, as the design could not be less, the Gonzalez & amp; Jacobson Architecture, having the freedom to make the proposal and proposed a spectacular villa, with a groundbreaking image, moving volumes and large glass openings.
Now, after months of bureaucracy, and once the building license has been obtained, this project is beginning to become a reality and construction will begin very soon.
