Vanian Green Village development with design by Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture  present at SIMED (Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition).

Last weekend was held in Malaga 14th Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition (SIMED) where 160 companies of  the sector participated exhibiting their products and projects . Thousands of visitors came to the event to explore and learn about the various offers, opportunities and urban developments in the area.

AEDAS HOME, the developer that chose our architectural firm to champion and execute the design concept of Vanian Green Village project in Estepona, Malaga, showed it at the Fair within its offer of housing developments, currently being marketed with great acceptance.

Vanian Green Village of contemporary design offers harmonious homes, full of light, with open spaces that merge with the natural environment, with exquisite qualities and finishes.

VILLA IN LA CALA DE MIJAS, PROGRESS IN THE EXECUTION (VI)

The work on this villa has advanced quite a bit since the last time we showed it to you, in July. PROJECT FOR SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS IN ISTAN (V)

The interior design that the Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture design team proposes for this set of villas in Istán combines stone and wood cladding, the range of gray and earth colors, a meticulous study of lighting to create warm and intimate environments at night, and large glazed openings to optimize light and views during the day.

After introduce you this project from a more technical point of view, attaching location, plants, sections, etc., it seems the right time to know the final image that we have designed. These are 3D infographics that allow us to get an idea as faithful as possible of the result that these homes will have once they are executed.

We believe in effort and a well done job , and we think that the image of these homes transmits the concept that our client wants: a high quality home, with an elegant, clean and nice  exterior, without stridency.

PROJECT FOR SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS IN ISTAN (II)

In this new project located in Istán, each of the houses has views to the Lake, being located in a staggered manner on the ground, to which they are adapting.

The layouts we show you today correspond to one of the houses whose access is through the upper level, where the bedrooms are located. On the lower floor is the day area, with the living room open to a large porch integrated with the pool. The private garden is also staggered, creating platforms to make better use of its surface area. In some units the steep slope has also made it possible to have an additional basement level, which increases the average built area of 200 m2 per dwelling considerably, providing these units with ample space for various uses.

Finally, an upper level of solarium has been proposed, to enjoy the endless sunsets.

PROJECT FOR SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS IN ISTAN (I)

The season begins today with the presentation of a new project on which the González & Jacobson Architecture team has been working for a few months.

It is a set of detached single-family villas, located on a plot with steep slope and unbeatable views over the lake of Istán.

Prior to the development of the project it has been necessary to carry out a Detailed Study to define the alignments and gradients.

The number of units has been set at a maximum of 39, although the development will be carried out in phases.

The plot is crossed longitudinally by a stream, a circumstance that our team has taken advantage of to provide a large public green space, adjacent to which there are private recreational areas of the complex, such as children’s play area, social club or barbecue area.

We leave you with the initial location and some sections so that you can observe the slope and how the location of each villa has been designed to ensure the best views.

GONZALEZ & JACOBSON ARCHITECTURE signs the execution of the Project “THE COLLECTION”.

Another challenge taken on for our architectural firm and pleased to be part of this great project of 26 elite Villas in the Golden Mile of Marbella.

Modern villas of between 375 to 500 m2 with personalized qualities, state-of-the-art technology and the latest trends in materials and amenities (elevator, garage, solarium, private pool). Features demanded by an increasingly demanding market, where all requirements were contemplated to make the most of each one of them.

The beginning of the execution of works is scheduled for this August. Undoubtedly the enclave of the same is of an immense attraction, with sea or mountain views and very close to the urban center of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

Mention of this new project “The Collection” is made by the different newspapers in the area of Malaga, highlighting its importance and success.
