The houses, in semi-detached or detached typology and two floors above ground level, are immersed in the landscape, with which they are integrated, through the use of natural materials such as stone, or landscaped roofs. In this way, the visual impact is minimal, while improving interior insulation conditions and reducing energy consumption.
The proposed housing typologies adapts to the diverse needs of the users, offering the possibility of evolving, all this through the design of open spaces on the daytime floors, or with movable partitions that allow compartmentalization if necessary.
Likewise, the G&J team has made every effort to resolve the location, so that practically all the units enjoy sea views from some of their rooms.

Last weekend was held in Malaga 14th Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition (SIMED) where 160 companies of the sector participated exhibiting their products and projects . Thousands of visitors came to the event to explore and learn about the various offers, opportunities and urban developments in the area.
AEDAS HOME, the developer that chose our architectural firm to champion and execute the design concept of Vanian Green Village project in Estepona, Malaga, showed it at the Fair within its offer of housing developments, currently being marketed with great acceptance.

As you can see, the works on this villa are quite advanced and you can already appreciate the composition of volumes and the design planned for the facades, with more opaque planes on the front road to preserve the maximum privacy, and much more open to the south and west, with transition spaces between inside and outside through the cantilever, which create porches straddling the living room and the future open terraces.
This villa in La Cala de Mijas opens to the west through large glazed openings making the most of natural light and thus prolonging through the terraces the areas of daily life.. It has an avant-garde design and quality materials.
In short, it is an elegant villa, in a privileged environment, surrounded by golf courses and with water and sun as protagonists, so that living here makes it an experience for the senses.

The interior layout of these homes is very open in the day area. A single space is created that brings together living, kitchen and dining room, with the latter as a link between the former, without giving up their independence. In addition, the space is extended to the outside through the large glazed openings, whose carpentries are planned following the chromatic range chosen for the whole and with floor-to-ceiling dimensions.
In addition, the staircase area is visually integrated through the insertion of a colored glass panel. The metal staircase, as a sculptural piece, together with the details of wood finishes, the wine cellar and lighting, provide an elegant and slow-life touch.
In early April we share the draft of these 11 luxury villas in the Golf Valley, in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, on a plot of 9,900 m2.
Since then, the González & Jacobson team has continued to advance in the design and today we begin to show you the first exterior images, with a contemporary style and a harmonious aesthetic, where the play of volumes is combined with the inclined planes that anchor the homes to its environment.
We remind you that these are high-quality homes, where authentic luxury is found in its exquisite design, and the elegance of its materials. We will share more very soon.
The creative process of the overall image starts from the horizontality that mark the slabs, in white, moving planes, undulating, which are topped with glazed parapets to improve the views, and in which the wooden inserts in pergolas and vertical planes provide a groundbreaking note and an elegant and natural touch.
Landscaping is fundamental in our proposals, the exterior design is part of the overall idea and buildings cannot be understood without their surroundings. In this case, we have paid special attention to the interior space of the “U” block, halfway between garden and courtyard. Therefore with a different character from the rest, the proposed textures ,materials and species play an important role.
González & Jacobson Architecture proposes for this competition 6 blocks totaling 159 dwellings. Given that the user profile at which they are focused is both first and second residence, a higher percentage of 3-bedroom apartments has been chosen, up to 65% of the total, and the remaining 35% of 2-bedroom apartments. Not surprisingly, this is an area quite consolidated by buildings, which in its beginnings was a summer resort area but in recent years has come to have a significant occupancy throughout the year, thanks to its proximity to the highway, the excellent location just minutes from shopping centers and Fuengirola, as well as the existence of facilities and services nearby.
In the housing prototypes that we show you, you can appreciate the distribution of the day areas, with kitchens integrated with the living rooms, creating much larger spaces. The bedrooms are mostly open to the main facades, much more open, and all of them have closets. The master bedrooms have walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms.
