URBAN PLANNING – EL SUSPIRO IN MEXICO

The land on which we operate has an area of 2.36 hectares, for a total of 35 single-family plots with clubhouse and pool area.

Among the different planning options, the ones of infrastructure acquired greater importance because of the need to establish a logical scenario for future real estate developments. El Suspiro is a bet on the landscape, water and vegetation accompany the layout of some roads that stand out for their ampleness and beauty of its course. Seating areas are combined and overlapped naturally in the environment as a single with low-impact and high efficiency.

URBAN PLANNING ARCHITECTS VISION IN MEXICO:

This project is a development and urban planning in Guanajuato, Mexico. In San Miguel de Allende the surface actuation is of approximately 2’3 hectares intended for residential areas with pool and clubhouse.

This group of architect’s planners in Marbella proposes a parcelling of plots for detached houses and a central core central. Circulations occur between these two groups with easy access to each plot and with practical and logical paths. The provision of housing and design of the vehicle communication road system to work properly is essential. Architects developed the design of the proposed road section type which should have the streets, with wide sidewalk and heights of vegetation. Every little detail will become part of a global image of the set.

This planning project in Mexico joins a long list of development projects proposed by this study in Spain. They have worked in countries as diverse as Angola, Morocco, Nigeria and Brazil. Every place, besides having different regulations, has a culture and unique customs. From each of them it has gained knowledge which impact very positively on how to tackle future projects. Experience is required in projects of this magnitude, where so many factors involved. This study has that experience, with an excellent command of materials, techniques and architectural resources that enrich each of it works.
