ARCHITECTS VISION IN MALAGA
On the plot number 40 of the Rio Real in Marbella, province of Malaga is this spectacular villa. It is a detached house with garden and private pool in a lush, green and quiet environment.
In this project a very intense relationship between the interior and exterior housing occurs. This is because the weather of Malaga allows enjoying the outdoor areas much of the year, with mild temperatures and little rain. Thus, the architecture responds to customer needs and also enhances the virtues of where the project is located. The property is presented as architecture based on traditional lines, with gabled ceramic tile roof. The composition of the housing is produced from the aggregation of clear and forceful volumes that give a sculptural image to the whole. Its sharp edges mark the planes of light and shadows filling the facade of depth and making it more attractive.
The property is set on 2 levels. On the first level are the less private rooms as living room, dining room or kitchen. Upstairs the bedrooms and the most private rooms are located. This order is the product of logic and allows associating lower level spaces with garden and pool areas.
