ARCHITECTS VISION IN MALAGA
Villa Losada is a project for a detached house with garden and private pool. This spectacular house is located in the urbanization of Rocio de Nagüeles in Marbella, in the province of Malaga. On the plot of 1000 square meters, this group of architects projected a villa of 350 square meters above ground, and leaving 650 meters for garden and pool areas. The proportion of free and occupied space is a very important nuance, since such constructions have a special relationship with the outside areas.
The architects have designed a home based on traditional local architecture with elegant sloping 4 water ceramic tile roof, which curve smoothly until reaching the perimeter eaves. These classic design lines are not at odds with the most contemporary ideas. The inner spatial configuration fits into the times with spacious rooms and plenty of natural light. On the first level are the less private spaces like living room, dining room or kitchen. However, on the upper level we find the bedroom and private areas. Thus, the level of most common areas is strongly related to garden and pool area.
This entire configuration is because architects have applied the logic to the design architects. The villa is perfectly integrated into the environment and makes good use of the virtues that this provides. This is a project of detached house in lovely surroundings in Malaga, Costa del Sol.
