The land on which we operate has a surface of 1,230 M².

In Villa Kraulti each requirement is answered with solvency. The house is arranged on the surface in seemingly unrelated bodies, at different levels and sizes that draw a particular lifestyle, with a predominance of spaces for relax and enjoyment of the outsides.

The clarity of its seen pillars and the size of its coverings are a metaphor of power, a sign of representativeness.

ARCHITECTS VISION IN MIJAS

In the plot 8 from urbanization La Cala de Mijas Golf in the province of Malaga, consists of a detached house with garden and private pool. The Villa Kraulti has an area of ​​330 square meters above ground with respect to 1230 square feet in the plot. This proportion of built area and free zone allows the garden and pool areas have a greater role.

The villas in this community are detached houses that are especially linked to large private green areas, as is the case of this house. The architects of this project promote in their design the relationship between interior and exterior areas being intense and perceive the gardens from inside the rooms.

The plot on which they have worked has a slope that has increased the complexity of the project while it's filled with nuances. The white volumes of its architecture are superimposed elegantly under the sloping ceramic tile roofs. These materials and these colours remind us of the more traditional materials used in the southern part of the peninsula as well as on the Costa del Sol.

This study architecture in Marbella has designed a large number of detached houses in the Andalusian coast where they have successfully managed to combine traditional Andalusian architecture with contemporary overtones. Without giving they back to the culture and customs of the place where they have intervened, but without sacrificing trendiness.
