Villa Gossbein in Marbella recalls villas in the countryside, refers to Palladio, shows poise, presents order and serenity.

Its ground plan revolves around a large central representative body, from which identical wings unfold, which lose height as they move toward the front and embrace the main entrance.

The rear façade repeats the pattern with the inverted plant, having the porch as prominent place.

ARCHITECTS VISION IN MARBELLA:

The Villa Gossbein is a spectacular project of detached house with garden and private pool that this studio of architecture in Marbella has designed.

The project is located in La Cerquilla in Marbella, Malaga province. On a plot of 1400 square meters approximately architects designed a private house of 450 square meters on two levels plus a basement.

The main elevation is a consequence of the symmetry and harmony of its proportions. With access in the center, countable are up to 6 elegant of 4 gable ceramic tile roofs curving slightly to the eaves.

The whole house seems to have landed softly on the ground with little alteration. From the plot access to the main entrance to the house is a distance that allows the user as it gets nearer to see the main façade. On the back of the home are the gardens and private pool located.

The interior of the house is very bright and is closely related to their immediate environment. The garden seems to penetrate into the house through the large inner windows.

Villa Gossbein in Marbella is an elegant house, which perches on its plot endorsing its surrounding space. It could not be understood without the garden. Each architectural gesture has its reason for being there and is product of logicality.
