The land on which we act has a surface of 1200 M2.

The total constructed area is 340 M² above ground and 90 M² dedicated for basement, garage, and use of housing services.

The aesthetics of classicism emerged from the need to achieve beauty through the order and symmetry. This villa is a good example of harmony in form and function.

The project starts from a axis that facilitates the expression of unity and balance.

The rooms are distributed regularly on two sides that frame the lounge and recreation areas, most notably the porch and pool, acting out and living their vocation for leisure.

ARCHITECTS VISION IN SPAIN:

This house is situated on plot 412 in Rosario, Marbella. A large Villa designed in two levels plus a basement occupies the entire surface. The property features a unique curved pool in the back of the house. The architects have conceived the project as a sum of several concepts, combining the best features of the Andalusian traditional residential architecture and the most contemporary techniques of modern architecture. Traditional materials were used such as ceramics and wood plus the best technologies for maximum comfort.

The elevations show different depending on their orientation. To the most private part, some more transparent and permeable elevations. Towards the least private party, a facade where the solid prevails over of the gap. All perfectly balanced with impeccable design, based on logic and seeking for overall harmony. The property is surrounded by lush green vegetation that fills the whole plot. Nothing is left to chance. Every detail of the project has a reason and nothing could be understood without the sum of all.
