PROJECT VILLA 481
The Architects Gonzalez & Jacobson present VILLA 481 as another of their challenges, design for a detached house on an isolated plot in the El Rosario urbanization, Marbella. Using all their knowledge and experience acquired over the years in the execution of this type of work, propose bold and modern designs that fit perfectly into the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Some of the designs are presented from the complete initiation of the process and approach on the ground and others, however, due to having some building already present on the plot, the work is contemplated from the reform, expansion and demolition of some areas.
El Rosario is part of the town of Marbella, residential developed area located between beach and hills, with plots of great charm. Some with unbeatable views to the coast, just 10 minute drive from the old town of Marbella and 30 minutes from Malaga capital. No doubt an area of great attractions, innumerable golf courses that surround it and captivating beach bars that house its beaches.
VILLA 481, URB. ROSARIO, MARBELLA
The project to present for this plot is an detached house with 370m2 divided in three levels, 290m2 on the terrace, a 45m2 pool, plus land for gardens and parking.
The stunning design comprises a contemporary architecture. Linear, clean and functional style, where spacious and bright spaces are created. The use of glass predominates, the consistent use of versatile materials and innovative techniques is a characteristic, trends to the ecological and energy saving are a success. In short, a light and slender construction that marks a style giving way to modernity.
The house is located on the land taking advantage of its conditions, its topography and inclination, so that its main entrance will be at the height of the public road that takes us to the top floor / Level2, where the parking is also located. An entrance hall welcomes us and a staircase takes us to the other levels.
On level 1, with rectangular shape, three of the four bedrooms with terraces and bathroom are located.
The living-dining-kitchen room and the fourth bedroom are on level zero. This level is bordered by a large terrace with a pergola area overlooking the outdoor pool and gardens. No doubt a place where the interior of the house merges with the outside, inviting to enjoy the Mediterranean skies and the wonderful weather that is felt throughout the year.
The finishes and materials to be used enhance the beauty and simplicity of the design without renouncing to its majesty. A global vision with local touch.
