RIO REAL VILLAGE IN MARBELLA

This design project planning, development and management of landscape has-been made in Rio Real Village in Marbella.

This residential block for multifamily housing is in an enviable position. Near the sea, next to a golf course and on a small hill, it has all the virtues that this landscaping project will enhance.

The vegetation is the protagonist in this intervention. There is no corner in the complex that has-been neglected. Tall and slender palm trees grouped forming small oases around winding artificial lakes.

The paths that cross the whole are accompanied by flowering shrubs of all colors, climbers in the stone walls and voluptuous tree crowns throwing shade to common areas making them more enjoyable.

The blocks of flats seem to have landed softly on the mantle of vegetation proposed by landscape architects.

From the street you can see how the vegetation exceeds the height of the great stone walls surrounding the residential complex.

They leave to creativity what is behind those limits.

This architectural firm in Marbella has extensive experience planning similar complexes. They have developed large housing projects associated with golf courses on the Costa del Sol and have a great mastery of scales and spaces of this type.

The proportions between built space and free zone are very revealing, giving greater role to the outdoor areas of garden and swimming pool.
