RIO REAL PLAYA IN MARBELLA

This residential complex has an enviable location. A good landscaping project like the one here has been developed powers the virtues of the place allowing the user to enjoy the qualities that the environment offers.

Rio Real Playa is urbanization in Marbella, Malaga, and example of architecture developed by this study in the Costa del Sol. It is a residential complex consisting of 9 blocks of collective detached houses with a total of 60 apartments. A special feature of this residential complex is the fact that it is surrounded by lots of greenery and t it is located next to the beach. The vegetation and the Mediterranean Sea in the same environment are the actors of unbeatable views from these blocks of flats.

A landscaping project works with a variety of scales. In a positioning plan of the plot, at urban level, landscape architects skillfully present a sketch of what would later be the gardens with private pool. Later, at a more detailed scale they have been perfecting the outline until it becomes the reality we can now see. The complexity of the process is capitalized due to coordination with other designers who develop parallel jobs. The successful result is seen as all facets of the project are going in the same direction reinforcing the same idea.

Each piece of the puzzle fits naturally and harmony is perceived in the set.
