Torrox is one of the villages sheltered by the Mountain range of Malaga. It offers the traveler the contrast between the traditional image of these lands and the adaptation to new times.
Torrox is located just 30 minutes from the historic center of Malaga, and 60 km from its international airport (Pablo Ruiz Picasso, AGP). It has 9 kms. of attractive beaches and with the possibility of being enjoyed all year round, as well as its natural landscape, due to the balance climate it has.
Torrox is open to the sea through the Valley of Torrox River, a location that attracts the interest of visitors, investors and developers who increasingly choose Spain and the Costa del Sol as a reference site for their new promotions.
GONZÁLEZ & JACOBSON ARCHITECTURE and its outstanding team of architects in Malaga present a design proposal for this complex of 68 homes in Torrox.
A modern and unique contemporary building of avant-garde architecture, harmonious with the environment, taking full advantage of the possibilities of industrial materials such as cement, reinforced concrete, laminated steel, flat glass panels and others that enhance the qualities of each element and the aesthetics of what is proposed. Design that integrates perfectly within the characteristics of the area, its climate and lifestyle.
The 68 homes will be distributed in 4 and 3 bedroom apartments of between 100m2 and 120m2 + terraces and parking in the basement. Wide green areas, pedestrian paths and swimming pools will accompany the housing blocks, drawing design patterns according to the proposed landscaping. A real enjoyment for its inhabitants.
