LOS MONTEROS SALES OFFICE
The land on which we operate has a surface of 1,135 M².
The total constructed area of buildable computable purposes is 230 M² above ground.
In this project the surrounding functionality of an office, disguised in a residential aspect is the key to good results. An office mostly transparent, likely as a villa, so that it fits within the environment with a perfect harmony.
SYNOPSIS PROJECT BY THE ARCHITECTS IN MARBELLA:
The sales office of los Monteros in Marbella, is a project of small dimensions but very careful in details. This type of commercial architecture is further integrated into a defined environment already marked by very specific stylistic and architectural features. Thus, the new intervention, sales office, should be integrated and become part of already existing complex.
The architects have given the building a large curved glass façade with aluminium frames, in order to give transparency to the structure. Overall, the percentage of voids in the facade is high, and in turn, large holes that are used as display cabinets. The office is finished with multiple different heights hipped ceramic tile roofs. It has a very traditional image, characteristic on developments in the Costa del Sol.
This small project also has gardens surrounding it, softening much the idea of a conventional office. Palm trees and vegetation with different types of colourful flowers are part of the gardens. The main access is from a more urban area, with generously sized sidewalks and in front of a very few transit and quiet character road.
There is no small project in terms of importance for this architecture study in Marbella, who always gets the most out of their proposals, regardless of the size of the plot or program.
